Cherry Beach Fruitbelt Mocktail

This cherry lemonade inspired mocktail is elevated with bitters and Fruitbelt for a sparkling drink perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 to 2 cups lemonade for making ice cubes amount needed will vary with size of cubes
  • 8 ounces Bright Cherry Fruitbelt chilled
  • 4 ounces lemonade
  • 2 ounces soda water chilled
  • 3 to 4 dashes of your favorite bitters optional and adds a tiny amount of alcohol

Instructions

Make Ahead

  1. Peel rind from lemon into ½-inch strips and place 1 or 2 pieces in each ice cube square. Fill ice cube tray with lemonade and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Chill glasses in freezer if you’re feeling fancy.

Make Mocktails

  1. Divide the Fruitbelt, lemonade, soda water and bitters equally between two glasses and stir. Add lemonade ice cube(to each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy living that zero-proof life.

Food Flirt Style

  1. Garnish with 2 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
  2. Make ice with limeade instead of lemonade
  3. Add 4 ounces of your favorite rum or vodka to make this mocktail a cocktail!

Special Items Needed

Fruitbelt Tonic (visit website for retail locations), silicone ice cube trays with 1 or 2-inch cubes (regular ice cube trays can be used in a pinch).
